How to lose weight using 7 day diet plan?
I’ve seen many of my friends starting the 7 day diet plan to lose weight, they follow it a couple of days and then back to the routine fatty regular food. They find it hard the very first day since they take their food like medicine. Here is a sime diet plan to reduce weight but not that strict. I’ve witnessed it working and reaaly want you to try it.
Instructions

Day 1:
As you’ve heard — Day of Fruits and water, Ive found no problem adding cookies and veggies
start with a glass of lemon juice with salt
For breakfast — 2-3 slices of water melon
Lunch: veg soup, Fruit salad and a couple of Digestive cookies
a cup of black tea / black coffee with a spoon of sugar
Dinner : couple of apples and a glass of juice

Day 2 : Vegetables
On many sites I’ve read as as may variety of veggies you can take. While reading this we ll find hard remembering the vegetable names…. Here is an example
* Glass of lime juice with sugar
* Carrot and cucumber salad seasoned with cilantro
* glasses of water
* Saute capsicum and thinly sliced onion in a spoon of olive oil seasoned with a pinch of cumin seeds and then add a bowl of boiled vegetables ( Carrot, peas, beetroot, cauliflower, brocolli, beans…). Add salt and cook for a couple of minutes in a low flame.
* any fruit juice ( no sugar)
* Today for dinner I prefer adding two slices of bread or a chappati and a bowl of sprouts with onions and cucumers shreadded.

Day 3: Fruits and vegetables
Glass of lemon juice/ black tea with a spoon of sugar(optional)
Breakfast: Watermelon or apples
Lunch – Stir fried vegetables as on day two and veg soup
before dinner : carrot juice / fruit juice (no sugar)
Dinner: Apple and carrots salad and veg soup

Day 4: Bananas and Milk day
Glass of skim milk
2-3 bananas ( any quantity)
Veg soup
Lunch : bananas and milk ( any quantity )
Dinner : bananas and milk ( any quantity ) or a glass of banana milkshake

Day 5: Proteins and tomatoes
Lemon juice/ chicken soup
Breakfast: French toast.
Lunch: baked chicken / grilled fish and tomatoes
Dinner : Chicked sandwich / sprouts / chicked salad
Any juice or soup of ur choice

Day 6 : Protein and vegetables
Soup or lemon juice ( salt/sugar optional)
Breakfast: french toast
Lunch : Chicken salad / baked / sprouts / panneer grilled with roti
Any fruit / veg juice
Dinner: Veg sald as in day 2 in boiled or stir fried form
Any soup

Day 7 :Fruits, vegetables and juices You might be tempted for Rice and you can have a cup of Brown rice but its optional
Breakfast: Watermelon/apples/berries/oranges/fruit salad
Any soup or juice
Lunch: Brown rice (optional) with tomato rasam or veg salad
Any soup or juice
Dinner : stir fried veg or bolied veg and an apple
Any veg juice /soup
Tips & Warnings
This kind of diet is not recommended for people taking medications and it is always recommended to consult your doctor before starting the diet.
This 7 day diet can be repeated every month.
Restrict your Sugar and oil to one spoon a day
Drink plenty of water every day it doesnt matter if you take this diet or not. Drinking water also helps your system function normally.
